At Blackout, highly trained staff equipped with night-vision goggles escort guests through the dark dining room and guide them during each course. The experience features a pre-fixed menu that may include soup, appetizers, salad, entrée, dessert, and a wide drink selection—all enjoyed without the distraction of light or electronics.

This sensory adventure heightens touch, taste, smell, hearing, and conversation, creating a truly unique dining experience in Las Vegas. After the meal, servers reveal the secret dishes, adding a final element of surprise.
